1. Accepting these terms
By downloading, accessing or using a Panic Works game or website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable game or website.
If you download a game through an app marketplace, that marketplace’s applicable terms also apply.
2. Permission to use our games
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use our games for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the game.
You may not sell, sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit a game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Gameplay and scores
Scores, achievements, difficulty levels and other game results have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or property. We may adjust game balance, scoring and features in future versions.
You must not interfere with the normal operation of a game, manipulate advertising, automate interactions, exploit bugs or use unauthorized tools to alter results.
4. Advertising and third-party services
Some versions of our games may display third-party advertising. Advertisers and service providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Panic Works does not control the content or availability of third-party services.
You must not click ads artificially, encourage invalid ad interactions or attempt to generate fraudulent impressions.
5. Ownership
Panic Works and its licensors retain all rights in the games and website, including software, artwork, characters, names, logos, sounds, text and game design. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
6. Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue a game or feature. We do not guarantee that every game will always be available, compatible with every device or free from interruptions and errors.
7. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our games and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panic Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of a game or website. Our responsibility is not limited where limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.
9. Ending use
You may stop using a game at any time by deleting it. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, our services, advertising integrity or legal compliance, including for serious or repeated violations of these terms.
10. Apple App Store
For games downloaded through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s applicable standard end-user licence terms and App Store terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Panic Works games except where required by applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us at the contact address below so we can try to resolve them informally.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our games, business or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply, to the extent permitted by law.
